Kyra Letzring

Licensed Professional Counselor

SUD Counselor

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and CADCIII, I am dedicated to helping others take their first steps in finding strength and change within themselves. My goal is to create a space that promotes a safe and accepting therapeutic environment to help clients identify and explore their needs without fear of being judged.

I specialize in Trauma and Addictions and work with individuals to understand how to walk through the tough changes life can bring. I believe that everyone has the ability to change, no matter their circumstances. I use a holistic, person-centered approach to meet the client where they are at and focus on the here and now to create small attainable steps towards success.

Charlene (Charlie) Dobry

I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology. I have five years of experience teaching parenting skills aimed to strengthen the parent-child bond in a program setting and four years of experience providing therapy to children. I have training and experience in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and use non-directive play therapy techniques to teach parents how to strengthen the bond with their children.

I hold a Graduate Certificate in Medical Family Therapy (MedFT), understanding how medical conditions impact the mental health of individuals and families. I also hold a certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

I believe there is great strength in the relationships held within the family and therefore believe in helping individuals by working through their family systems. As a clinician and mother of three, I greatly value family and the parent-child relationship as this provides the foundation for all sequential relationships throughout an individual’s life. I work with children to help them to identify and understand their core emotions so they can communicate them appropriately. I love helping couples learn effective communications skills, identify and fulfil each other's love languages, and build shared meaning. My favorite client is the client who is ready to put in the work to reach their goals- no matter their age or background.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family- both outside in nature camping, picnicking, and fishing, as well as cuddled up inside our home for family movie and game nights.

Brenda Odesha

Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

I strive to provide a safe space for my clients for reflection while serving as a guide and facilitator for their own self-discovery and simultaneously working on life’s challenges and relationship struggles. I have a unique passion for working with children to guide them in processing the challenges they face in their own family dynamics as they travel through their own growth and development.
My approach is to integrate concepts in family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and elements of solution focused therapy; through a systemic and humanistic lens. In working with children, I implement art, play, sand tray, and other therapeutic interventions aimed at engaging children in the therapeutic process.
If you would like someone to help you and/or your child as you navigate some challenging situations or strengthen interpersonal relationships, feel free to contact me.

Dyer Snider

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting adults through life’s hardest challenges — trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, shame, and the kind of deep-rooted pain that doesn’t always come with a tidy label.

My approach is neuro-somatic, helping the brain and body work together to process experiences that may be difficult to reach through words alone. By focusing on the felt sense and staying present with what arises, we create the conditions for healing at the level of the nervous system.  I’m certified in Brainspotting and integrate it as one of the tools that supports this process — helping access and resolve stored emotional material in a grounded, focused way. Often, insight or explanation isn’t needed for deep change to begin; the body already knows what to do, if given the right conditions.

inline_edited.jpg

I work with clients facing longstanding trauma, perfectionism, chronic stress, unresolved grief, and the quiet weight of self-doubt. Many are caregivers, professionals, or healing practitioners used to holding space for others while trying to reclaim space for themselves. In my experience, therapy should be grounded and real — emotionally honest, collaborative, and spacious enough for discomfort, nuance, and clarity. I believe in what I call “desirable difficulty” — the kind of challenge that asks for courage, not suffering. That’s often where real change begins.

Jim Gravley

Qualified Mental Health Professional

With 35+ years of experience in the justice system, higher education, and clinical settings, I bring a deeply informed and compassionate perspective to my work. My unique lens is grounded in understanding, empathy, and respect for the complex circumstances individuals face. I recognize how chronic stress, trauma, and victimization influence behavior then strain fragile family systems, becoming catalysts for further harm. My work is focused on meeting individuals where they are and safely supporting meaningful change. I deeply respect the burdens carried by EMS and am committed to supporting their recovery, healing and well-being.

I focus on trauma and its roots. Through an unbiased, nonjudgemental, humanistic and empowering approach, I will help guide you through a path of discovery and recovery. You will learn to take back control of your life. I start from a person-centered approach using evidence based modalities like: EMDR, Somatics (SE), CBT, DBT, PCT, and Talk Therapy.

With a specialization towards the impact of stress and trauma, our collaborative journey will always be grounded in mutual respect while fostering strong positive relationships. I also specialize in academics and leadership. With a deep understanding of the professional and education systems, I can help lift and coach through the stress of professional life.

I am recently trained in EMDR therapy with an expressive arts focus and am currently completing Level 1 Gottman training for couples counseling. I have a background in Cultural Anthropology and foreign languages with extensive volunteer experiences around the globe.

I practice from a biopsychosocial spiritual approach, acknowledging the whole person within their family and social context. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). The therapy I provide is always a collaborative experience to fit each person’s unique goals and needs.

Christina May

Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I work with individuals, couples, and families through a thoughtful, trauma-informed, and systemic lens. Grounded in Family Systems theory, I help clients explore how relational dynamics, communication patterns, and multigenerational influences shape their current experiences. I support clients in understanding how unresolved experiences, both personal and inherited, impact patterns of connection, trust, and self-understanding.

I specialize in relational conflict, family restructuring, intergenerational patterns, and reparenting work. Drawing from structural, strategic, Bowenian, and narrative modalities, I collaborate with clients to shift rigid roles and foster more intentional ways of relating. I believe lasting change happens when we are supported within the context of our relationships and the stories we carry.

I welcome individuals, late adolescents, couples, and families into a therapeutic space that is compassionate, curious, and grounded in respect.

Doris Staub

Mental Health Intern

Welcome, I am Doris, and I am currently an intern pursuing a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy. I approach counseling from a humanistic, family systems perspective and aim to provide a safe, judgment-free space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences while discovering their inner strength and new possibilities that foster growth and healing. I believe every individual holds inherent value and can heal, grow, and change when met with respect, empathy, and authentic support, and as an interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB) informed therapist, the process of neuroplasticity guides the belief that change toward one’s preferred way of being is possible at any age and stage of life.

Dori Head shot.jpg

Multicultural competency and training in structural family therapy, solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing (MI), Gottman Method, expressive arts and play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, Gestalt therapy, trauma focused therapy, and integrating spirituality and faith equips me to develop a collaborative, customized integrative treatment approach for the needs of each unique individual, couple, or family and their therapy goals. Come as you are, it is my honor to walk alongside all ages as a fellow traveler of support on the journey of moving toward the life you envision.

Stacy Dobry-Riordan

Qualified Mental Health Associate

Hi! My name is Stacy Dobry-Riordan (she/her/hers). I graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology emphasis in Human Services.
At Place2Heal, I provide case management and skills building/training services for adults, children, and families. As a QMHA, my goal is to help individuals and families gain access to resources in order to meet unmet needs.

My role with clients appears in many forms; teaching, modeling, assisting, motivating, encouraging, goal setting, etc.! Helping clients learn life skills, coping skills, and many other helpful ways to improve their ability to navigate and function in the challenges of everyday life is what I love doing as a skills builder.

Stacy Headshot.jpg

I am currently working to complete my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Some areas I would like to focus on include post-partum mental health, trauma recovery in families with reduction in reactive parenting, whole-family therapy/support/healing for military members and veterans, and emotional regulation education for parents and their children. I want to help my clients find and love their best selves through personal work and self-discovery. My top three accomplishments in life so far are finishing high school, completing an honorable four-year tour in the military, and birthing three amazing little girls.

Professionally, my biggest accomplishment would be starting my own contracting business while continuing to provide the helping services my clients need. This has been such an empowering journey and I feel strength in being able to provide for my family with work I love and find so rewarding.

Outside of work, you would find me cooking or baking, reading, blasting music, playing board games or video games, camping, walking nature trails, or doing other fun activities with my family.
