As a Licensed Professional Counselor and CADCIII, I am dedicated to helping others take their first steps in finding strength and change within themselves. My goal is to create a space that promotes a safe and accepting therapeutic environment to help clients identify and explore their needs without fear of being judged. 

I specialize in Trauma and Addictions and work with individuals to understand how to walk through the tough changes life can bring. I believe that everyone has the ability to change, no matter what their circumstances. I use a holistic, person-centered approach to meet the client where they are at and focus on the here and now to create small attainable steps towards success.
